Jim Beam + Pitchfork “Nightcap” Events
Art Direction — Branding & Logo Design — Event & Campaign Design Production — UI/UX
In 2014, Pitchfork partnered with Jim Beam to create a series of six late-night concerts in cities across the US, appropriately dubbing it Nightcap. These are the promo posters I designed for each event, where they were given out to attendees for free. Majical Cloudz and Cults both showed some public love for their posters (here and here, respectively), so that's rad.
The posters were printed locally by Screwball Press on Nightshift Blue, a USA-made paper stock from French Paper Co. Each measures 20"x31" with the bottom branding strip (not shown) still attached
My additional tasks for Nightcap included the design of the logo, branding material, signage, and website. Shout out to my awesome coworkers at Pitchfork.tv for a job well done documenting the events.
